FFI is a bodyweight and weight lifting program that challenges your full body. There are structured workouts for each class, with minimal equipment to give you a high intensity muscle building and fat burner workouts in just 45 minutes.
There are 2 levels for this class so that everyone can participate. The coach will be demonstrating an intermediate level for the average BurnFitter, and if a person in the class is unable to do specific exercises, they will be shown a modified versions.
FFI is not just random workouts to give you a good burn, but it focuses on the functional training aspect. The function part in FFI is to help you with everyday activities such as lifting a bag of groceries, walking up the stairs, cleaning the pool, etc. You will work hard, and work smart. FFI advances your daily functional activities, your athletics, your flexibility, your strength, and provides great cross training.
Fitness Dance Fusion sets the weekend with our mix of cardio, dance and interval training designed to charge your weekend metabolism. Whether you like to dance or not, this Friday night activity is a workout. Mixed with an array of genres, everyone has a great time and workout.
