Our Approach

BurnFit's philosophy is straight forward.  Our results oriented training develops balanced bodies. HIIT, functional training, nutrition coaching and routine biometric assessments are all part of our training technique.  In addition we offer fusion dance fitness classes, yoga sessions and sport massages as additions to our training program options.

Our Story

The BurnFit team consists of a fitness motivated family. Our love for our personal fitness and the benefits of exercise and good nutrition intake sparked our motivation to design BurnFit.  Our personal heartaches experienced from loss of family and friends for lack of proper fitness and nutrition has fueled our desire to help others. BurnFit is not a franchise we acquired, but the result of over 25 years of military fitness training experience, and coaching in our local community.
